About PES University
PES University grew out of the People's Education Society, founded in Bengaluru in 1965, and PES Institute of Technology became PES University in 2013. Its main campus is on the 100 Feet Ring Road in Banashankari, with a second campus at Electronic City. B.Tech admission is on JEE Main or Karnataka CET with registration on the university portal.

B.Tech admission is on JEE Main or Karnataka CET, and every candidate must also register on the university admissions portal (admissions.pes.edu). Karnataka CET seats follow the rules of the Government of Karnataka. Seats in the higher fee, management and NRI categories are handled by the admissions office directly.
Fees
Academic year 2027-28- B.Tech fee for one year
- ₹5,70,000
- Tuition and compulsory institute fees for a general-category student. Hostel and mess are extra.
JEE Main quota fee for CSE and CSE (AI and ML); ECE is Rs 5,20,000 and Mechanical, EEE and Biotechnology Rs 4,70,000 a year. A one-time Rs 10,000 administrative charge is extra; management and NRI seat fees are not published. The university now shows only 2027-28 fees.
