Closing rank is the NEET UG rank of the last candidate who got a seat in that category in that Maharashtra CET Cell round. Your rank has to be the same as or smaller than the closing rank to have a chance. Each round lists only the seats allotted in that round, so later rounds can show fewer programmes.
The Maharashtra State CET Cell fills 85% of the seats in government and aided medical and dental colleges (Maharashtra state quota, for candidates of Maharashtra domicile) and the state, institutional and minority seats of private colleges. "All rounds (last admitted)" is the CET Cell's list of the first and last rank admitted in each category after every round. VJ-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D and SEBC are Maharashtra's reserved categories; women's seats are listed separately in the rounds.
