About JIIT Noida
Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in Sector 62, Noida, was set up in 2001 and declared a deemed university by the UGC in 2004. It offers B.Tech programmes in computer science, IT, AI, electronics, mathematics and computing, and biotechnology. Admission is through the institute on JEE Main rank or Class 12 merit.

JIIT runs two B.Tech admission routes on its own application portal: one on JEE Main All India Rank and one on Class 12 merit (Physics, Mathematics and one approved subject). Candidates need at least 60% aggregate in Class 12 (55% for SC and ST) with Physics and Mathematics, passed in 2024, 2025 or 2026.

A one-time Rs 25,000 admission charge and Rs 20,000 refundable caution money are extra. Hostel figure is a twin-sharing room at Rs 1,15,000 a semester (Rs 95,000 to Rs 1,35,000 by room type).
