About IIIT Nagpur
IIIT Nagpur was set up in 2016 under the public-private partnership IIIT scheme (Ministry of Education, Government of Maharashtra and TCS) and was declared an Institution of National Importance by the IIIT (PPP) Act, 2017. It moved to its permanent 100-acre campus at Waranga near Butibori in 2021. B.Tech admission is through JEE Main and JoSAA counselling.
